It's not often you can help a local celebrity who's made millions. But here's a chance to do good for a guy who's doing plenty of good for folks in the Carolinas and Georgia.

When Carolina Panthers defensive end Charles Johnson walked to his car Monday, he noticed something was missing. His golf clubs were gone — stolen sometime overnight.

Johnson, who began using the clubs when he caught the golf bug last summer, was finally getting used them. So he's offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who can locate the stolen set, which includes headcovers featuring the Georgia Bulldogs and Sage Valley Golf Club.
