Nicole Holder Eludes Prosecutors, But Posts to Facebook

The State of North Carolina dismissed domestic violence charges against Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy largely because it couldn’t find his accuser. Despite asking police to stake out multiple addresses to serve her a subpoena, prosecutors said they hadn’t been able to track down Nicole Holder since November.Perhaps they should have checked her Facebook page:

    OF course she is.She’s got what she ONLY WANTED ($) she won her lotto… Nelly should be thankful of Greg cause she went after Hardy! IT’S SO obvious that is what she wanted the whole time! What’s messed up is they used Greg Hardy as a dang example & it’s plain too easy to tell! What MAN period would call 911 after throwing her into a a bathroom w his strength &then on top of twenty guns??? Oh & BTW the girl didn’t break a fingernail! So basically were teaching all our players on the Panthers innocent or not that if you’re accused go ahead and bend over? The worst part is for not only him our team! Who played their buts off…& the fans! G.m. you’ve done a lot of great things! Please I know you like pass rushers…this man is innocent put the shoe on other foot. …HOW Would you feel? Y’all groomed him into top 5 D.E. & NOW ANOTHER TEAM IS GOING TO TAKE WHAT IS ALL OURS ONCE AGAIN! !!!!!!
