  • Punted five times, threw three interceptions, fumbled twice, turned the ball over on downs once and scored one touchdown in their 12 possessions before the fourth quarter.

  • Have given up 113 first-half points this year. They allowed 110 points in the first half all of last season.
  • Have been outscored 145-50 in the first half since Week 3.

The Eagles:

  • Scored 35 unanswered points in a 36:46 stretch that began late in the first quarter and ended early in the fourth.
  • Scored two return touchdowns, upping their total to a franchise-record nine this season.
  • Had at least three interceptions, five sacks and two return touchdowns in a game for the first time since the 2009 season opener against the Panthers.

Panthers:

  • QB Cam Newton was the first player to throw three interceptions and be sacked at least eight times on Monday Night Football. He’s been sacked 30 times this season, the second-most in the league behind 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick (31). Newton also had his first multi-interception regular-season game since he threw two against the Bucs in Week 13 last year.
  • RB DeAngelo Williams gained just 31 yards on 13 carries. He’s averaging 3.4 yards per carry this year, the worst average of his nine-year career (previous low: 4.1 in ’06 and ’10).
  • WR Kelvin Benjamin had two fourth-quarter touchdowns. Of the rookie’s seven scores this season, four have come in the fourth quarter of blowout losses.
  • TE Greg Olsen, who saw a total of seven targets against the Seahawks and Saints, caught six of his seven targets for a career-best 119 yards.

Eagles:

  • QB Mark Sanchez won a game he started for the first time since Dec. 9, 2012. His 332 passing yards were the fourth-most of his career.
  • WR Jordan Matthews, who racked up a career-high 138 yards, became the first Eagles’ rookie with two multi-touchdown games. He also scored twice in Week 3 against the Redskins.
  • TE Brent Celek had his most receiving yards (116) since he piled up 157 against the Ravens on 9/16/12.
