- S Colin Jones (groin): With Mayo out and Jones unlikely to play, undrafted rookie Dean Marlowe will be active for just the third time this season.

- CB Charles Tillman (knee): Coach Ron Rivera repeated Friday that the Panthers would have liked to have given Tillman’s knee more time to heal, but “he has a lot of confidence in it, and he’s ready to roll.”
- TE Greg Olsen (knee): Despite last Sunday’s scare, his consecutive games played streak will extend to 140.
