The Cam Newton Foundation hosted over 800 8th graders from 44 CMS schools at Memorial Stadium Friday. The third annual CNF School Pride Day rewarded students who have had good grades, attendance and behavior this year. They also got to meet Newton, who gave out dozens of hugs and high-fives.The Panthers quarterback also met with reporters and discussed a number of topics, including Carolina's offseason workouts, the team's free agent additions, his upcoming graduation and NBA star Stephen Curry.
