Because it was two days before a game, the Carolina Panthers' practice on Wednesday was more like a Friday during the regular season. 

In what's become a weekly 'Friday' tradition, the team's offensive linemen spent the final few minutes of individual drills catching passes. That's right, catching passes. From all-time QB Ryan Kalil.

Not pictured in the video below, the guy coach Ron Rivera picked when asked if he'd rather have Kalil play QB or one of the linemen play receiver.

"I'll tell you what, Michael Oher's pretty athletic," Rivera said. "So if we ever had to put him in as a jumbo tight end and have him run a seven (route), that might not be a bad thing."
