Four weeks after he was signed by the Panthers, George Gring’s wish hit TV screens across the country Sunday morning.The 6-year-old, who has battled lymphoma, spent the first day of minicamp with his favorite quarterback, Cam Newton.ESPN cameras followed George the entire day, and the network debuted its ‘My Wish’ story during Sunday’s “SportsCenter.” You can watch the entire piece here:

    The time you take out of your life to do the right thing for kids like George just touch my heart. God,put you in a position to do these things and I just want you to know how greatly appreciated they are! The world needs more people like you. My son watches the my wish as do I.
