With Jonathan Martin planning to retire, the Carolina Panthers needed to bring in some offensive tackle help ahead of training camp. Who they added Tuesday may not thrill fans, but the moves could reveal how deep their faith is in Michael Oher.

OT Tony Hills: 6-5, 300; Steelers’ fourth-round pick in 2008; has appeared in just 13 career games, making one start; according to Pro Football Focus, played eight snaps in four games late last season with the Cowboys.OT Davonte Wallace: 6-3, 315; signed by the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2014; waived-injured last July; waived by Miami again in April.

RB Darrin Reaves: Appeared in six games last year, starting Week 4 against the Bears; his rookie totals: 78 yards on 31 attempts; five receptions for 31 yards; was facing an uphill battle at training camp.
