This is sorta hard to believe, but next Sunday will feature the first Super Bowl matchup between two starting quarterbacks who were the No. 1 draft picks. The Panthers used their top pick in 2011 on Newton, 13 years after the Colts used their No. 1 choice on Peyton Manning.
