While America celebrates its birthday, Cam Newton is playing ambassador in Australia. The Carolina Panthers’ quarterback is Down Under representing Gatorade, one of his sponsors.Newton, who checked out Australian Rules Football matches in Melbourne on Friday and Saturday, has received a warm welcome. Twitter was buzzing for a bit, and the “superstar” was treated like “NFL royalty” during this interview with Triple M Melbourne:
