Josh Norman has never lived outside the Carolinas, and with the Panthers poised to use their franchise tag on him, he won't live anywhere else for at least
the next year. So Friday night, Norman will put down a firmer root in Charlotte.
The cornerback's charity — Starz24 — will host the Inaugural Celebrity & Charity Basketball Game at Phillip O. Berry Academy. Doors open at 6 p.m. with tipoff set for 6:30. Meanwhile, as fellow cornerback Bené Benwikere continues his comeback from a broken leg, he'll welcome folks to a sneak preview of the new Cabarrus Brewing Company.
That event starts at 6 p.m. on March 1 with proceeds benefiting the United Way in Cabarrus County. Tickets are all-inclusive at $125 per person.
