Dozens of Philly Brown’s family and friends will be at Lincoln Financial Field Monday night, but they won’t get to see the Philadelphia native play.The rookie wideout/returner is inactive for the Panthers’ Week 10 game against the Eagles. Brown was cleared to play this week after he missed the last two games with a concussion, but the Panthers will continue using Brenton Bersin as their return man.Tackle David Foucault, who struggled in a spot start against the Saints last week, is another relatively surprising name on the inactive list. If something happens to starters Byron Bell or Nate Chandler, Chris Scott may be the third tackle, or guard Amini Silatolu could possibly slide over.
