Even though it didn't count, Carolina rookie receiver Keyarris Garrett made the play Panthers' preseason Thursday night.

Late in the first half, quarterback Joe Webb tossed a pass from the Pittsburgh 13-yard line to Garrett in the corner of the end zone, who made a leaping one-handed grab. But the touchdown catch was nullified by a questionable offensive pass interference call against Garrett.
