It's about time for IMDb to update its Ryan Kalil page with an actual picture of the budding producer.
Carolina's center — yes, he still plans to go back to his day job when the Panthers return in the spring — has launched yet another project in Hollywood.
According to Variety, Kalil's production company is planning to remake the 1992 comedy "White Men Can't Jump."
Kalil teamed with Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin last summer to create Mortal Media, which is also remaking "The Rocketeer" and producing a sitcom for NBC.
The original "White Men Can't Jump," starring Woody Harrelson, Wesley Snipes and Rosie Perez, earned more than $90 million worldwide.
