The Carolina Panthers won't put out their first injury report of the week until Wednesday, but here are some notes from Tuesday:
LB Luke Kuechly (concussion)
DE Jared Allen (pinched nerve)
Stayed inside during practice "trying to get the feeling back in my foot."
Allen pinched a nerve in his lower back during the Panthers' walk-thru ahead of their Week 4 win in Tampa Bay. The 12-year veteran has missed just two games because of injury: One because of a torn MCL his rookie year and the other when he had pneumonia last season.
So is he worried about his status for Seattle?
"If I can walk, I can play.’’
WR Jerricho Cotchery (high-ankle sprain)
Looked good in his first practice since TE Ed Dickson landed on the back of his leg in Week 2. Cotchery wouldn't predict a return against the Seahawks, but he's trending that way.
"Today was a good start so we'll see how it feels in the morning, but today wasn't bad at all."
OL Amini Silatolu (high-ankle sprain)
Was wearing a helmet and in pads. If the Panthers had to put out an injury report, he would have been listed as limited.
OT Daryl Williams (knee)
Worked on the side. The rookie may return to practice this week, but it's more likely he won't return until after the Seattle game.
