C harles Johnson doesn’t do many things loudly. Attention isn’t his thing. But he deserves some for his off-the-field efforts this week.Even though the Panthers had a day left in minicamp, the defensive end hosted a youth football camp Wednesday night at Wingate University.This weekend, he’s hosting his third annual Sports Academy and Community Night in his hometown of Hawkinsville, Ga.There’s a football clinic and college fair on Saturday, but the highlight happened Friday night when Johnson handed out a pair of $20,000 scholarships.
