Carolina Panthers News and Coverage for the Digital Age

WATCH: Greg Olsen, Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis Swing For 2017 PGA Championship Promos

Summer vacation is almost over for the Carolina Panthers, so players' golf clubs are about to go into hibernation for at least six months.

Two days before the start of Camp Spartanburg, tight end Greg Olsen and linebackers Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis on Monday squeezed in a pre-training camp lesson at Quail Hollow Club.

While Olsen and Davis brought their good-natured ribbing from the practice field to the driving range, club pros Scott Davenport and Joe Cochran gave the trio all sorts of tips. But there was a catch: It was all on camera.

Their swings — good and bad — will be featured in an upcoming digital campaign for the 2017 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. It'll be Charlotte's first time hosting a major championship, and ticket registration has already surpassed any previous PGA Championship.

Registration closes this Sunday, so if you want a chance to get in next year, you have a few more days to register by visiting this link.
