• WR Kevin Norwood was carted into the locker room after landing on his left hip while making a leaping grab late in second quarter. Norwood tweeted he’s “fine” afterward, but the Panthers may now have an excuse to stash him on injured reserve.

• G Jordan Rigsbee, who earned an extended look after May’s tryouts, suffered a right knee sprain late in the third quarter.
