With CB Charles Tillman out with a knee injury, the Carolina Panthers activated undrafted rookie S Dean Marlowe for the first time this season.

It's also interesting to note DE Wes Horton is inactive. He could be the odd guy out if/when Charles Johnson is activated from the injured reserve/designated to return list.
