The Panthers and Falcons will play for the NFC South title at 4:25 Sunday afternoon. Kickoff was originally scheduled for 1:00.

The winner-take-all matchup was also moved from FOX to CBS.

“Cross-flexing,” which allows games to be switched between the two networks in order to distribute them to wider audiences, was instituted by the NFL beginning this season. The only other game CBS has at 4:25 Sunday is the three-win Raiders at Denver, so the Panthers and Falcons will likely be shown to most of the country.

Carolina is 29-21 all-time in games that have kicked off between 4-4:25 EST, a record that includes three straight wins during the timeslot.

BlackBlueReview hopefully CBS sends the good cameras. the overhead view didn’t even look like it was HD. fox just does it better.
