  • RB Fozzy Whittaker (quad) — had vowed to play this weekend, but doesn’t appear likely.
  • RB DeAngelo Williams (ankle) — won’t play; should be moved to OUT on Saturday.
  • G Amini Silatolu (calf) — won’t play.
  • LB Chase Blackburn (knee) — won’t play.
  • CB Bené Benwikere (ankle) — won’t play.

QUESTIONABLE:

PROBABLE:

  • RB Jonathan Stewart (knee) — set to start.
  • TE Greg Olsen (ankle)
  • DE Charles Johnson (not injury related)
  • DT Colin Cole (not injury related)
  • LB Thomas Davis (not injury related)
  • CB Josh Norman (concussion) — according to head coach Ron Rivera, was still in concussion protocol on Friday.
  • S Roman Harper (not injury related)

PACKERS

OUT:

  • DE Datone Jones (ankle)
  • CB Sam Shields (knee) — Important loss for Packers, especially if Tramon Williams can’t play.

QUESTIONABLE:

  • WR Jarrett Boykin (groin) — Butler High School (Charlotte) product.
  • LB Jamari Lattimore (neck)
  • CB Tramon Williams (ankle) — Will practice in at least a limited fashion Saturday; has only missed one game since 2007.

PROBABLE:

  • DE Josh Boyd (knee)
  • LB Sam Barrington (hamstring)
