After tinkering with their roster early this week, the Panthers didn’t include any surprises on their inactive list for Sunday afternoon’s game against the Saints.

RB DeAngelo Williams made the trip to New Orleans, but he was ruled out on Friday with a broken bone in his hand. Jonathan Stewart, who has been more effective than Williams for a month, will start for the first time since Week 8.

G Amini Silatolu continues to be bothered by sore knee, and he won’t play. The Panthers’ offensive line will start the same combination for the second-straight game for the first time in seven games.

Rookie CB Bené Benwikere will make his first career start at outside cornerback after Antoine Cason’s Tuesday release.
